This fun night out is guaranteed to bring back fond childhood memories.

This is a carnival taken to an entirely new, and grown up level.

On Thursday, March 27 at 7:30 p.m., Vito’s by the Water will present five incredible courses that incorporate carnival fare into every dish. 

Each dish will be perfectly paired with a different kind of cocktail. 

At only $60 per person (plus tax and gratuity), this is a steal.

Chef/owner Rob Maffucci will prepare the dinner in front of the diners and will be joined by a spirit expert who will talk about the creative cocktail creations.

1st Course
DECONSTRUCTED VODKA INFUSED CAPRESE SALAD
Cherry tomatoes infused with garlic, basil, and smoked sea salt vodka. Buffalo mozzarella, olive oil, and aged balsamic glaze.
Paired with: Collins Cocktail with Crop Tomato Vodka

2nd Course 
NOT YOUR MOMMA’S FRIED DOUGH
Fried dough dressed with soaked amaretto, grilled peaches, arugula, prosciutto crisps and dusted with brown sugar, sea salt, and almond dust.
Paired with: Amaretto Sour 

3rd Course
WINE AND SLIDE 
Riesling infused sausage and pepper sliders.
Paired with: Lemondrop with Hangar One Bhuddas Hand

4th Course
PARMESAN AND GARLIC POPCORN ENCRUSTED TILAPIA
With a limoncello aioli and homemade truffle fries.
Paired with: Raspberry Limoncello Martini

5th Course
ADULT CANDY APPLES
Frangelico spiked caramel and sea salt candied apples.We’re about to make you rethink everything you’ve ever eaten.
Paired with: Michters Aperol Manhattan
