• Vehicle Rams Sandwich Shop In Stafford (patch.com) — Stafford residents are dealing with the temporary closure of the Subway shop on West Stafford Road after a local 18-year-old's car suddenly accelerated and crashed into the storefront, causing extensive damage. State police are still investigating the Aug. 14 afternoon incident, and the restaurant remained closed as of Tuesday, affecting a familiar local lunch spot.
