Bond Quadrupled In Stafford Home Invasion Case

A man charged with home invasion in Stafford had his bond quadrupled after his arrest and court appearance.

STASFFORD, CT — A man charged with home invasion in Stafford had his bond quadrupled after his arrest and court appearance last week.

Jonathan Forcier, 25, was arrested and held on a $25,000 bond Nov. 20 and appeared in court on Nov. 21. On Monday, he remained in custody on a $100,000 bond and is due back before a judge on Dec. 7, court records show.

State police broke up a disturbance on Orcuttville Road the same day Forcier was arrested, a report indicates.

He was charged with:

  • Home invasion
  • Risk of injury to a child
  • Second-degree criminal mischief
  • Interfering with police
  • Disorderly conduct
  • Third-degree assault
  • Second-degree threatening
  • Second-degree reckless endangerment
