Horse Trailer Hit In Willington By Car Running Red Light: Cops
State police released a report on the incident this week.

WILLINGTON, CT — A car ran a red light and crashed into a horse trailer in Willington, state police said.
Details of the Friday crash were released by state police this week.
According to a state police account report, a 2006 Dodge Ram pickup pulling a horse trailer and being driven by a 49-year-old Columbia woman was heading south on Route 32 near Route 74 and a 2015 Kia Optima being driven by a 26-year-old Ashford woman was traveling east on Route 74.

The Dodge went through the intersection and the Kia ran a red light and hit the horse trailer, according to an accident report.
No injuries were reported and the driver of the Kia was issued a verbal warning for failing to obey a traffic signal, st ate police said.
