WILLINGTON, CT — A Massachusetts man clad all in all black was found wandering on a stretch of Interstate 84 at dusk late last week, state police said. He is facing a pair of criminal charges as a result, state police said.

The initial call came in at 5 p.m. Friday. The man was spotted in the dark clothing at a time of poor visibility on the eastbound side of the highway.

No one was hurt, but state police did find narcotics on the 50-year-old man, whose listed address is in Auburn, MA.

He was charged with being a negligent pedestrian and possession of a controlled substance.
