Man Charged After 110 MPH Car Chase In Tolland County
A warrant charged a Meriden man in connection with a police pursuit at better than 100 mph last month.

UNION, CT — A man who is accused of speeding into Tolland County at better than 100 miles per hour last month while fleeing the scene of a crash in Massachusetts has been charged on a warrant, state police said.
The incident took place at 3:15 p.m. on July 10.
According to a warrant, Massachusetts state troopers has been in pursuit of a 2019 Nissan Altima after a crash on Route 20 in Charlton. The Nissan had been involved in a crash and a 9 mm pistol was seen being tossed out a window, according to a warrant.

At 3:40 p.m., the Nissan had crossed into Connecticut on Interstate 84 and a Connecticut trooper clocked the Nissan at 115 mph and chased it briefly at 110 mph before failing to catch it, according to a warrant.
A warrant was then secured at Rockville Superior Court for the driver, identified as Ean Nosal, 24, of Meriden, Connecticut state police said. He was charged in Connecticut with reckless driving at faster than 85 mph, engaging police in a pursuit and second-degree reckless endangerment, according to a warrant.
