Stamford Restaurants' Discounts for 'Nutcracker' Patrons

 

For the second year in a row, several Stamford restaurants will offer Connecticut Ballet’s Nutcracker patrons a 10-15 percent lunch or dinner discount with their ticket stub.

‘We are grateful to these downtown eateries,” said Artistic Director & CEO Brett Raphael, adding that “enjoying a good meal before or after seeing this classic is part of the holiday experience for many families.”

The following restaurants will offer discounts upon presentation of valid ticket stubs: Pellicci's, SBC Downtown Restaurant, Fairfield Pizza, Remo's Brick Oven Pizza, Tigin Irish Pub, Fin II Japanese Restaurant, Hudson Grille, Fairfield Pizza and Columbus Park Trattoria. 

Performances are Saturday, December 15, Sunday, December 16, Saturday, December 22 and Sunday, December 23, all at 2:00pm.

Tickets for Nutcracker performances at Stamford Center for the Arts, 61 Atlantic Street, Stamford, are priced between $50-$25 and are available online at www.scalive.org or by calling the box office at 203-325-4466. 

A special feature of the family matinees will be a meet-and-greet and photo opportunity with the principal dancers in the lobby following each performance.

Season sponsors for Connecticut Ballet 2012-2013 season include City of Stamford, Connecticut Office of the Arts, Karl Chevrolet, Marriott Stamford Hotel & Spa, Moffly Media, Purdue Pharma, Rosco Dance Floors, and Xerox Foundation.
