Decision Reportedly Reached On Basketball Fracas In Stamford
A January brawl involved players from Trinity Catholic and Norwalk high schools, and a coach received an assault charge.

STAMFORD, CT — Charges were dropped this week against Norwalk High School basketball coach Tom Keyes in connection with the fight that broke out after the freshmen game between Trinity Catholic and Norwalk in January, reports The Hour.
The fight broke while the teams were shaking hands following its conclusion, and Keyes maintained he moved to break up the fight and did nothing wrong.
At one point, Keyes was pushed by a fan but did not react and continued to work to get his players off the floor, his attorney told the publication.
