Legends of the 60's Show in Stamford
Twelve-piece big band on stage plus vocalist Chaz Esposito to rock the Kweskin Theatre on May 18.

The cool and glamorous nightclubs of the swinging 60’s were home to some of the greatest songs and entertainers of the 20th century, including Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin, Tom Jones, Neil Sedaka, Dion, Frankie Valli, Neil Diamond, Elvis Presley and more.
Now, in this phenomenal show, Legends of the 60’s, Chaz Esposito captures the energy and fun of the era with classic hits including That’s Life, Mack The Knife, Danke Schoen, It’s Not Unusual, Can’t Take My Eyes off You, Breaking Up Is Hard to Do, and Sweet Caroline.
Backed by a jamming 12-piece big band, Legends of the 60’s will be a sensational evening of music, stories, and laughs, Saturday, May 18, in The Kweskin Theatre, Stamford.
Vocalist Chaz Esposito has performed this show and his, MACK IS BACK (a Bobby Darin tribute show), up and down the Eastern Seaboard, including extended runs at the Mohegan Sun, Legacy Theatre and more.
This one night only event is a fundraiser for Curtain Call, Stamford's longest-running and only, year-round, nonprofit producing theatre company. "I'm thrilled to have Chaz back here," said Curtain Call executive director, Lou Ursone. "The Bobby Darin show was a huge hit for us several years ago and this show is even better, so I look forward to selling this night out," Ursone added.
All seats are $50, though a $100 ANGEL ticket - which includes a $50 tax deductible contribution - is also available and will help the theatre make up for being left out of recent state budget funding. Tickets are available through the box office at 203-461-6358 or online at www.curtaincallinc.com. The Kweskin Theatre is located at The Sterling Farms Theatre Complex, 1349 Newfield Avenue, Stamford, CT.
Curtain Call was voted Fairfield County's BEST LOCAL THEATRE GROUP ten years running in the Annual Readers' Poll of the Fairfield County Weekly and has received similar “BEST OF” awards from Stamford Magazine and StamfordPlus magazine for 2008 through 2023. Curtain Call received The Governor's Award for Excellence in the Arts in 2011 and the ACE Award for Excellence in Arts & Culture from the Cultural Alliance of Fairfield County in 2016.
