Murder Charges Expected in Comunale Homicide: Report
Joseph Comunale was killed in November after an argument in Manhattan, according to police.

STAMFORD, CT — Murder charges are expected to be filed in the Joseph Comunale homicide case.
Comunale, a Stamford native, was killed in Manhattan and his body was found in New Jersey. James Rackover, Lawrence Dilione and Max Gemma have been charged in connection with the incident, but none have been charged with murder.
Prosecutors said at a recent court appearance that the Manhattan District Attorney's office will present a homicide case within two weeks, according to the New York Daily News.

Comunale met Dilione while partying in New York City Nov. 12. Dilione brought Communale and three women to a party at Rackover's condo in the Grand Sutton tower, according to court records.

Comunale's body was placed in a bath tub and Rackover tried to dismember his body, Dilione told police, according to court records.
His body was then disposed of in a shallow New Jersey grave.
