New Assistant Principal Named At Stamford High School
Thomas Agosto will be the new assistant principal at Stamford High School, according to an announcement from the school district.

STAMFORD, CT — Stamford Public Schools on Monday announced that Thomas Agosto has been named as assistant principal at Stamford High School.
Agosto replaces Claudia Berlage, who was moved into the district assistant principal role assigned to Career Pathways,
According to a news release from the district, Agosto most recently served as an assistant principal at Dolan Middle School. Previously, he was the Dean of Students at Stamford High School, a school counselor at Westhill High School, director of students for Future 5 in Stamford, and a youth development facilitator in the Peace Corps in Costa Rica.

Agosto holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Connecticut, a master's in school counseling from Fairfield University, and a Sixth Year Degree in education administration and leadership from Sacred Heart University.
"After his short tenure at Dolan, we are excited that Mr. Agosto will be returning to Stamford High School to build on the work he started as Dean of Students by joining the leadership team led by Mr. Matthew Forker, principal at Stamford High School," said Amy Beldotti, Associate Superintendent for Teaching & Learning, in a news release.
