New Immersive Holiday Experience Event Coming To Stamford Town Center

STAMFORD, CT — The Stamford Town Center will be transformed this holiday season with a series of luminous, immersive environments that capture the wonder of a spectacular holiday-themed village.

Holiday Wish: Follow the Magic, a new family-friendly holiday event, will be open daily from Nov. 11 through Dec. 24.

The event will incorporate visual storytelling.

"The event is both an activation and an invitation. We want to redefine how a new generation experiences the wonder and magic of the holidays," said Ilario Altamura in a news release. Altamura is a partner with event producer Parachute Concerts.

Parachute Concerts partnered with LUMAGICA, a global leader and a master in creating original holiday lighting solutions and design, on the event.

"From the power of inspiration to the joy of creating, Holiday Wish delivers a treasure trove of uplifting, family-friendly experiences for the season," added Juan Novoa, a lead designer from LUMAGICA.

Along the journey though Holiday Wish and the 20,000 square foot, light-filled space, a story will unfold. Children will be asked by Santa's elves at Santa’s Workshop for help and inspiration to overcome their creative blocks.

Attendees will pass through the elves' quarters, where they will care for the reindeer, and then they'll head to an epic twinkling forest and a "Frozen in Time" winter world.

There will be a chance for attendees to participate in a digital snowball fight with virtual snowmen, and much more.

The experience culminates in the grand finale at the North Pole where the elves will be busy making toys in their workshop. Here, guests can revel to their heart’s content in giant walk-in presents, a visit to Santa’s throne, and an animatronic snow bear band.

Also located within Holiday Wish is the Christmas in America Retail Shop, a shopping area featuring mementos, snacks, candy and more.
