Police See Recent Uptick In Thefts Of High-End Vehicles In Stamford
The Stamford Police Department is urging all vehicle owners to take preventative measures.

STAMFORD, CT — According to police, Stamford has seen a recent uptick in the thefts of high-end vehicles, particularly newly purchased Range Rovers, and all vehicle owners are being urged to take preventative measures.
"Reports indicate that in many cases, key fobs were left inside the vehicles at the time of the theft, making them easy targets for criminals," police said in a social media post.

- Always lock your vehicle when unattended.
- Remove key fobs from the vehicle when not in use.
- Park in well-lit, secure areas whenever possible.
- Be vigilant and report any suspicious activity immediately.
