Stamford Man Arrested After Dispute With His Norwalk Tenant: PD
Norwalk police officers went to the residence six times during the month of June following similar complaints, according to authorities.

NORWALK, CT — An ongoing dispute between a landlord and a tenant in an apartment on France Street in Norwalk resulted in the arrest of the landlord on charges that he illegally entered the rented unit and interfered with an officer during the incident, according to authorities.
Arrested on July 3 was Stamford resident Alex Etemadfar, 62, of Dannell Drive. In addition to the above mentioned charges, Etemadfar also was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
"Alex Etemadfar, the landlord, tried to access one of his tenants apartments today and was aggressively banging on the door," said Norwalk police Lt. Jared Zwickler in a statement, adding that police had been called to the apartment six times in June on similar complaints. "Etemadfar claimed he was there to do repairs, but did not give notice to the tenant as required by law. The tenants children are scared of Etemadfar because of how aggressive he acts. Another tenant contacted officers and told them that morning Etemadfar entered her apartment without giving notice."

After talking to Etemadfar, officers gave him a misdemeanor summons to go to court, but Etemadfar refused to sign the summons and told officers to arrest him, Zwickler said.
"While being escorted to a police car, he resisted officers."
