Stamford Man Sentenced to 9 Months for Role at Teen Sex Party

A video was made of an underage girl performing oral sex on the suspect.

A nine-month jail sentence — the state-mandated minimum — was meted out to a former Westhill High School student was convicted on a sex assault charge after a video of an underage girl performing oral sex on him went viral, according to a report.

Ryshawn Rose, now 20, of Linden Place, Stamford, also was given a 27-month suspended sentence and must spend 10 years on probation after his release, according to The Advocate. The plea deal was approved by state Superior Court Judge Bruce Hudock on Wednesday.

The charges stem from a sex party that Rose reportedly attended when he was 17. While at the party he allowed a 12-year-old to perform oral sex on him while someone else videotaped it and posted it on the Internet, according to The Advocate report that can be found here.
