Water Sampling To Take Place In Stamford, Greenwich This Week

Aquarion Water Company will begin a quarterly water sampling program along the Mianus River in Greenwich and Stamford.

STAMFORD/GREENWICH, CT — Aquarion Water Company is scheduled to begin a quarterly water sampling program this week in Greenwich and Stamford. The sampling will take place along the Mianus River in Greenwich and the tributaries leading to the North Stamford reservoir in Stamford.

The program is scheduled to begin Tuesday, July 7, and is scheduled to finish by June 30, 2021, company officials said. During this time, field technicians from ESS Group, Inc. will be taking samples between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
