WWE Superstars Are Coming To The Hey Stamford! Food Festival

The Hey Stamford! Food Festival recently announced a new partnership with WWE. The festival is scheduled for two weekends in August.

STAMFORD, CT — WWE Superstars Happy Corbin and Liv Morgan, the new SmackDown Women's Champion, will be participating in this year’s Hey Stamford! Food Festival to raise money and awareness for Connor’s Cure and The V Foundation.

The food festival, which is slated to take place in Mill River Park from Aug. 11-14 and Aug. 18-21, recently announced a new partnership with Stamford-based WWE and The V Foundation.

Connor’s Cure was created in honor of 8-year-old WWE fan Connor Michalek who died in 2014 from medulloblastoma, a rare tumor that affects the brain and spinal cord.

Connor’s Cure now raises funding for critical pediatric cancer research at prominent cancer centers nationwide, and to date has raised nearly $3.6 million to fund research grants and provide family assistance.
