Beloved Doughnut Shop To Return In Pop-Up Form In Mystic

MYSTIC, CT — Young Bun Doughnuts will return in pop-up form to A.T.Y. Bar & Bonbons in Mystic this week.

Sift Bake Shop posted the following on its Facebook page: "Young Buns Doughnuts will be officially open Friday, May 22nd located in our A.T.Y Bar & Bonbons Mystic location. We'll be open Thursday through Monday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. or sell out and closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

"We will be offering our full barista menu as well as our signature doughnuts. We can't wait to see you!"

Young Bun Doughnuts closed its Mystic shop at 46 W. Main St. at the end of 2024.

The doughnut shop was run by A.T.Y. Hospitality, which opened Sift Bake Shop and a second A.T.Y. Bar & Bonbons location at Mohegan Sun last year.

Previously, Young Buns was named on Eater Boston's list of "New England Doughnuts Worth the Drive." It was the only Connecticut doughnut shop to make the cut.
