"(Chef) Renee (Touponce’s) empanadas are deeply personal, rooted in memories of cooking with her mother, and over time becoming one of her signature dishes in Mystic and beyond," the post reads. "They’re labor intensive by design, but that’s part of what makes them special: the whole kitchen gathers around, music on, folding together, all pulling in the same direction. We’re so happy that you all love them as much as we love making them."

Ramsay previously dined at the restaurant in 2024.
