Bessie and Rafael Bianco were busy at Schooner Wharf on their second day open.
Their eatery, the Rough House Food Truck serves up burgers, dogs and chicken with a twist, like the Dirty Bird (grilled chicken, cheddar and jalapeños) and will soon premiere Dragon Chowder which includes alligator.
