Egg Nog Recipe Competition & Tasting

Christmas is what makes children be on their best behavior, and grown-ups get in the spirit of giving. Christmas is also gingerbread houses, egg nog, and holiday concerts. To celebrate all of Christmas, and all the amazing traditions of this holiday, we have the Twelve Days of Christmas. On each day leading up to Christmas, we host a special activity for you to remember this year’s holiday season as magical and full of joy. Each activity revisits a Christmas vivid in our hearts from the wonder years of our childhoods.

Egg Nog is a Christmas must- have. Whether the recipe was passed down from your great-grandmother, or you have an original concoction, everyone has their own way of making this holiday drink. Stir up your secret egg nog recipe for our Egg Nog Recipe Competition.  Members from our Executive Committee will taste all recipes, and will announce the winner at the Tasting on December 15th. The winner’s egg nog will be featured at the Ocean House during December 2013.

First Place: Lunch for 2 in Seasons

Second Place: $25 gift certificate to the OH! Spa

Third Place: 2 complimentary drinks at bar
