Join Edible Rhody and Sherri Brooks Vinton, author of Put ‘em Up!, for a lesson in home canning. With produce from local farms, Ms. Vinton will demonstrate the Boiling Water Method and help you learn to preserve the best of the harvest in this limited hands-on class. Participants will also receive a copy of Put ‘em Up! and a year’s subscription of Edible Rhody.
