To celebrate the unique history of Rhode Island, the Ocean House's first four In the Kitchen dinners reveal the culinary traditions of the different cultures that have influenced the state's “food ways”. On March 21st, the Ocean House honors the cuisine of Ireland, whose people first came to the state in the 1800s. Using local ingredients, Ocean House Chefs will demonstrate how to prepare different recipes at Seasons’ Chef Counter which will then be presented as a part of a three-course menu paired with wines.
