In the Kitchen Dinner "All About Mushrooms"

On the third Wednesday of each month, Ocean House Chefs present a cooking demonstration at Seasons’ Chef’s Counter, focusing on what is in season, and serve a three-course dinner, paired with wines.On December 21st, the Chefs use a variety of foraged mushrooms in their dishes. A cocktail reception welcomes guests with passed hors d'oeuvres and wines.
