The Sinfonia Players
Music of J.S. Bach: Fugues, Arias and Sonatas
The Sinfonia Players return to La Grua Center with a program entitled, “Music of J.S. Bach: Fugues, Arias and Sonatas, ” featuring Nell Snaidas, soprano; Sandra Miller, flute; Christine Gummere, cello; and John Scott, harpsichord. The musicians are members of the period instrument orchestra Sinfonia New York, and their playing has been called "dramatically taut," "impeccable" and "sizzling" by the New York Times.
Open to the public and free of charge.
