Man Accused Of Using Car To Strike Boy On Bike In Stonington: Report

A RI man is facing charges that he used his car to intentionally hit a boy on a bike in May, according to a report.

STONINGTON, CT — A man was arrested Monday on allegations that he intentionally drove his car into a boy on a bike, according to The New London Day. The 12-year-old boy was bruised in the May 14 incident in the parking lot of Connors & O'Brien Marina, but he refused medical treatment.

Troy Lowe, 20, of Charlestown, RI, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor, and evading responsibility.
