New Building Plans Approved By Stonington Zoning Board: Report

The two-story building would be built on the former site of Maple Breeze Park.

STONINGTON, CT — Plans to construct a two-story medical office building on the former site of Maple Breeze Park was approved Tuesday night by the Planning and Zoning Commission following a public hearing, the New London Day reported.

According to the Day, a special use permit, subdivision approval and a groundwater protection permit were all approved by the commission. The project calls for a 25,206-square-foot building, which will contain medical offices and will not offer specialty or hospital services.
