Pumpkin Chunkin Taking Place This Weekend
Join the Stonington COMO on Oct. 18 and attempt to become the Pumpkin Chunkin King or Queen!
The Stonington COMO’s newest fall tradition, Pumpkin Chunkin, will be returning a couple weeks earlier this year as a pre-Halloween family fun event! Families, neighbors and friends are invited to the 3rd Annual COMO Pumpkin Chunkin on Sunday, October 18th from 1:00pm to 4:00 pm at Owen’s Field in the Stonington Borough. Children and adults will use the official COMO slingshot to launch pumpkins in an attempt to hit targets and win prizes in this epic pumpkin smashing competition. Participants who hit the grand prize gong will be entered for their chance to win the GRAND PRIZE, announced at 4:00 that day. Hot dog bar, tasty treats, games, and a moon bounce will also be there, fun for all ages!
