Rescued Seal, "Ziggy Star" Featured in New Exhibit at Mystic Aquarium
The seal was brought to Connecticut in March.

A Northern fur seal rescued in California in April 2013 is among the animals featured in an exhibit highlighting seals from the Pacific Northwest at the Mystic Aquarium, NBC Connecticut reports.
The seal named Ziggy Star was diagnosed with a neurological condition when it was rescued that was seen as affecting its ability to survive in the wild, the news channel reports. Ziggy will never be released in the wild and will require human care forever.
The Mystic Aquarium is now Ziggy’s forever home.
