This will be our 12th year and we are excited!” Capt. Mark of the quiet, friendly eco-tour vessel RiverQuest says. “On this very special winter season cruise, our goal is to search for and learn about res-ident and migrating eagles and any other wintering wildlife we may find. We are very fortunate to be able to bring people up close and personal to experience these magnificent birds on one of our great natural resources, the Connecticut River and Long Island Sound”. Capt. Mark continues, “The return of the Bald Eagle is one of our country’s best conservation success stories.”
Weather permitting, cruises will start on Saturday, February 7th and run through March 15th. These cruises are very popular and do sell out. It is suggested to book early to reserve your spots.
