cookbook author Normand Leclair will demonstrate mouthwatering preparations for bluefish and summer flounder, with samples for the audience.
For 33 years, Chef
Leclair was the chef-owner of the Red Rooster Tavern in North Kingstown, RI. His
cookbook Culinary Expressions, which includes stories from his over 50 years in
