Small Hotel Proposed For Downtown Mystic Historic Building
A proposal for a seven-room hotel is being considered for a downtown Mystic property, according to a report.
MYSTIC, CT — A small hotel is being pitched for downtown Mystic, The Day of New London reported.
The Groton Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved a special permit application from Gravel Ventures, LLC to convert a mixed-use building at 3 Gravel St. into a seven-room hotel.
The building dates back to 1809 and is also known as the "Case Bottle House."
