IT is time to try the newest and fastest growing sport across the U.S.A..........Stand Up Paddle Board and SUP Yoga. You will learn basic paddling techniques, balance and strengthening exercises to add to your work-out routine and gentle stretching with easy to do yoga postures designed just for Paddleboards.
