Jay Taylor, 25, of Garfield Ave., in New London was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Amy Friel, 35, of 370 Hillsdale Rd., in West Kingston, R.I. was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to use turn signal properly.
Ryan Booth, 33, of 307 Hillsdale Rd., Apartment 1 in West Kingston, R.I. was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
