Stonington Director of Finance Submits Resignation
The resignation comes after just one month that Nicole Stajduhar had been on the job.

Stoningtonās director of finance Nicole Stajduhar has resigned after being on the job for a month, the Day of New London reports.
Stajduhar told the town on Tuesday she would be resigning for personal reasons.
According to the paper, she started the job on Nov. 17 and held a previous finance position in Old Lyme. A certified public accountant, she had also been employed by the firm that conducts the townās annual audit.

Town officials will now review the field of 16 candidates that had originally applied for the job to see if anyone may still be interested in the position, the paper reports.
