Join your community & neighbors in a special time of learning, remembering & helping a great cause. ALS, (Lou Gehrig's Disease) may be fatal to the body, but it can't touch the spirit. Each year, on the last Saturday in July, this group gets together to raise funds specifically for the local Rhode Island & Connecticut ALS Chapters, patient services. On hand will be representatives from these agencies to answer your questions along with some of the brave patients and families that are dealing with this neuro-muscular disease. Learn more about NFL star Steve Gleason, view a poignant power point presentation and meet Rob Irvine and his family, local heros of the ALS community. Food, fun & a fabulous performance by Keifer's Kickboxing Studio of Westerly.
