Stonington Town Employee Charged with Assaulting Landscaper: Police
After a heated altercation with a landscaper last month, a town highway employee has been charged with assault.

STONINGTON, CT- A town highway employee was charged Saturday for assaulting a landscaper last month during an on-the-job disagreement, The Day reported.
Timothy Keena, 57, and landscaper Morgan Dean, 36, engaged in a heated disagreement on June 23 while Keena was working on a paving project, in which the former became injured, according to The Day. Keena turned himself into police Saturday after officers informed him there was a warrant out for his arrest.
Keena was charged with third-degree assault and given a court date of July 18, as reported by The Day. Police had previously charged Dean with two degrees of assault and breach of peace, and is expected to appear again in court on Aug. 5.
