Explore the trails of the Nature Center and learn some trail running tips and techniques. Build up your endurance and enjoy the challenges and benefits of off-road surfaces. This series is for adult beginners and each session features a short warm up and cool down with approximately 30-minutes of trail running. Please bring a water bottle. Pre-registration is required. Series dates are July 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Members are $30 for the series and non-members are $40 for the series.
