On a clear day as the sun set, eight students met with two instructors on the grassy green of Quiambaug Cove for stand up paddle instruction. Paddle Surf Rhode Island hosted by , shared the basics before students and instructors hitting the glassy cove. Students launched one by one as the instructors followed to get the party started.The Rhode Island based company, which also teaches surfing, will be back again August 20th for the next sunset paddle with the Shala.
