Young Boy Struck By Car, Injured In Stonington: Report
Police said a young boy was injured after being struck by a car in Stonington.

STONINGTON, CT — Police said a young boy was injured Wednesday afternoon after being struck by a car in Stonington, the New London Day reported. The incident occurred on Water Street around 3:20 p.m., police said.
According to the Day, police said it appeared the boy had been riding his bike in the area when he was hit, and he appeared to have suffered an injury to his leg. Police also said the boy was conscious and speaking while he received treatment.
Police are currently investigating the situation.
