The resident won $25,000 on a KENO ticket that was sold at Stop & Shop #639 at 200 East Main St. in Stratford, according to Lottery officials.
The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
