STRATFORD, CT — A West Haven resident recently won nearly $278,000 on a winning scratch ticket that was sold in Stratford, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
The resident, who wished to remain anonymous, won $277,777 on a Lucky 777 scratch ticket that was sold at Shell Food Mart at 2275 Broadbridge Rd. in Stratford, according to Lottery officials.
