No injuries were reported in the Monday evening fire.

STRATFORD, CT — A three-alarm fire damaged Stratford Guns & Ammo on Honeyspot Road in Stratford Monday, and the cause of the blaze is reportedly under investigation.
No injuries were reported in the 6:15 p.m. fire, but there were staff and patrons inside when the fire broke out, according to Stratford Assistant Fire Chief/Fire Marshal Robert Daniel.
"Stratford Guns & Ammo staff was alerted that there was a fire inside the shooting range," Daniel said in a statement. "Staff attempted to extinguish the fire unsuccessfully. They then promptly evacuated customers and called 911."

"Upon arrival, command had heavy fire showing through the roof on the northwest side of the structure," Daniel said. "Stratford Fire started an aggressive fire attack and roof top ventilation. Command issued a second and third alarm for additional resources."
Those additional resources came from the Milford and Bridgeport fire departments, and firefighters from the three departments were able to bring the blaze under control in approximately 45 minutes, according to Daniel.
