Boat Owner Sought In Stratford: Police
Police are asking for help with finding the owner of a boat that was found washed up on a beach in Stratford.
STRATFORD, CT — Police are asking for help with finding the owner of a boat that was found washed up on Russian Beach in Stratford.
The boat was found with “no hull number, no registration, not sea worthy and water logged,” according to the U.S. Coast Guard. The boat has been supposedly floating around the area for two weeks, according to officials.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the U.S. Coast Guard Sector Long Island Sound Command Center at 203-468-4421.
