Coronavirus Stratford: 3 New Cases Announced
The number of patients in Stratford to test positive for the new coronavirus has risen to a total of seven.
STRATFORD, CT — The number of patients in Stratford to test positive for the new coronavirus has risen to a total of seven, the town announced Tuesday.
Among that total are three new cases — two adults in their 50s and an adult in their 20s, a town news release said. The new patients are self-quarantining to reduce exposure to the virus, also called COVID-19.
“The confirmed cases of COVID-19 are growing in Stratford as they are with most communities around the state at this time,” Director of Health Andrea Boissevain said in the news release. “We wish our best to these new patients for a speedy recovery and need to continue stressing the need for social distancing. If you do not have to be out in public in the physical presence of others, don’t.”
