Driver Charged With DUI In Head-On Stratford Crash: Report
The woman is accused of driving with a blood-alcohol level more than four times the legal limit in a crash that hospitalized another driver.
STRATFORD, CT — A Milford woman is accused of driving with a blood-alcohol level more than four times the legal limit in a head-on crash that sent another woman to the hospital earlier this month in Stratford, according to the Connecticut Post.
The Post reports Amy Lyn Corris, 45, is also accused of leaving the scene of the crash, which happened at the intersection of Main Street and Warner Hill Road in Stratford on July 9.
Corris was eventually stopped in Shelton and police said she was found to have a blood-alcohol content level of .348 after failing a field sobriety test, according to the Post.
