Lordship Community Church, 179 Prospect Drive, Stratford, invites the community to attend its 18th Annual Jazz Sunday worship service to take place on Sunday, May 6, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.
This service will take “a humorous look at ‘Faith and Fear’”. It is organized by Stratford resident and LCC member Bill Franz and features “Jazz for the Spirit” with lyric soprano, Julie Hamilton Van Ullen. This jazz service will include the original selection “Faith and Fear” (music and lyrics by Bill Franz, and arranged by Jack Tyrrell and Bill Franz), along with familiar jazz tunes and hymns arranged in a jazz style.
