The Stratford Arts Guild

The Stratford Arts Guild show will be staffed by a different guild member every two hours of their exhibit, which will be displayed inside the Festival Theatre.

A part of the festival every year I have been here, they also boast several active members from the Festival! planning committee and volunteers. I am very pleased they’re involved again.

The Stratford Arts Guild was created to support and foster the growth of the arts and cultural experiences in and around the Stratford area through an organized arts collaborative comprised of artists of all media, patrons of the arts, community organizations and businesses.

The Stratford Arts Guild believes a community’s quality of life is enhanced by a diverse and thriving cultural arts activity by the members of that community. The Stratford Arts Guild also recognizes the need to collaborate with other surrounding arts organizations to further expose creative endeavors through an accessible network.

The Guild advocates financial support of the arts through grants and individual gifts to promote access to the arts for all. The Guild strives to develop opportunities for members to display or perform artistic creations for the public’s enjoyment.

Their exhibit will be ongoing throughout the festival's 11-day run, from Thursday, Aug. 11 to Sunday, Aug 21.
