Large Fish Pulls Fisherman Into Water in Stratford
A Good Samaritan rescued a fisherman after he fell off his boat and into Long Island Sound while trying to reel in a large fish.

STRATFORD, CT — A fisherman was rescued by a Good Samaritan after he was pulled into the water by a large fish he was trying to reel in on Saturday afternoon in Stratford, according to the Connecticut Post.
The Post reports the unidentified man was uninjured after being in the water for a little more than 10 minutes.
The U.S. Coast Guard and a Bridgeport marine unit responded to the incident, which occurred about a half-mile from Point-No-Point in Stratford, according to the Post.
