Obituary: Alex C. Carlson, 51, of Stratford
Alex, a U.S. Navy Veteran, worked as a machinist at Norwalk Compressor. He was a Pyramid Shriner and a Mason Member of the Ansantawae Lodge.
STRATFORD, CT - (From Gregory F. Doyle Funeral Home) Alex C. Carlson, age 51, of Stratford, died on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at home.
Alex was born in Milford on February 7, 1969 to Alfred Carlson of Stratford and the late Barbara Leska.
Alex worked as a machinist at Norwalk Compressor for many years. He was a proud US Navy Veteran, Pyramid Shriner and an active Mason Member of the Ansantawae Lodge in Milford.

He was also an active member at the VFW, Post 7788 in Milford and shared a love of golf with his beloved father. Alex was a great sports enthusiast and a Dallas Cowboys fan.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his sisters; Lisa Brandstatter (Michael) of Milford and Wendy Duran (Thomas) of Vista, CA, many cousins and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his uncles, Gustov, William, Carl and James Carlson.
